Shipping Policy
Shipping and Pickup Information:
We offer shipping to customers within the United States. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight and size of the item. We ship all items out via USPS Priority Mail, except for oversized items. However, if you are a local customer and prefer to pick up your purchase in person, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to arrange a convenient pickup option for you.

If you are a local customer and prefer to pick up your purchase in person, please contact us to arrange a convenient pickup option. We are located at 2077 Ronda Granada Unit C, Laguna Woods, Calif. 92637, and we would be happy to coordinate a pickup time that works for you.
Important Note for Large Paintings (Over 48x48 inches):
For paintings larger than 48x48 inches, we will need to arrange special freight shipping. You have the option to either pick up the large painting in person or have it sent by freight. Please reach out to us so that we can discuss and finalize the shipping arrangements according to your preferences and approval.
International Shipping
If you are an international customer and would like to purchase an item, please contact us to determine a freight quote before the sale. Please note that we may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third-party service providers and partners in these countries. If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Refund / Return / Exchange Policy
At Viviana Fine Art we are committed to providing you with the highest quality art pieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Exchanges Only
We do not accept returns for art purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or receive a product that doesn't quite meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer exchanges for a different item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange your artwork, please follow the guidelines below:
Exchange Guidelines:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your artwork to initiate an exchange. Contact us at: [vivysart70@gmail.com.] and we will answer any questions you may have. Please note that your exchange will be sent to the following address: [2077 Ronda Granada Unit C. Laguna Woods, Calif. 92637]
- Artwork must be in its original condition, and packaged as it was sent.
- The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs.
- The replacement artwork will be sent to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the replacement artwork is of lesser value, we will not provide a refund for the price difference. If it is of greater value, you will be responsible for covering the additional cost.
- Please note that we do not accept exchanges on commissioned paintings or custom fine art orders due to the personalized nature of these requests.
Condition of Items
We take great care to ensure that our artwork is of the highest quality. All items over $75 come fully insured and packaged with the utmost care for safe arrival. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to get you a suitable replacement or repair.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
